Barcelona, Spain|As reported by the Italian channel Sky Sport 24, Fernando Felicevich, manager of Alexis Sanchez, was in Turin, Italy on Friday to meet with Juventus Sporting director Fabio Paratici.

During the meeting, Fabio Paratici would have conveyed the interest of the ‘Vecchia Signora’ as Juve is known, in contracting the services of the Chilean international looking ahead to the 2013/2014 season.

In addition, both parties have spoken about the immediate future of Arturo Vidal, also represented by Fernando Felicevich and who is a player currently at the black and white striped club. Juventus have made an offer of renewal for the combative midfielder.

According to Sky Sport 24, the two sides have agreed to talk further about the Barca’s Alexis Sánchez. It will probably be when the Catalan giants have decided whether they consider the Chilean international transferable and certainly after the FIFA agent has heard the proposal of Inter Milan, who has been after the Barcelona number 9 for some time.

In Italy, figures of around 20M euros are being heard for Barcelona’s ‘boy wonder’.

Whether Barca decides to let Alexis Sánchez go is another matter but we think he could be leaving in the summer on the back of his poor general performance at the Catalan club this year.

Granted, Alexis has shown us the form and goal scoring ability that he showed us last year on a few occasions but I think his number’s finally up and maybe Barca should finally hand over the reins to David Villa who looks like he’s back to his best.
