Oprah Winfrey Again Named the US’ Most Influential Celebrity

Oklahoma, U.S.A | Oprah Winfrey has been named as the US’ most influential celebrity by Forbes on Friday, topping their list for the second year in a row.
Forbes magazine put the 59-year-old chat show host ahead of Steven Spielberg, Clint Eastwood, journalist Barbara Walters and financial guru Suze Orman based on research survey, which ranks more than 7,500 celebrities on 46 different personality attributes.
Forbes said that 48 percent of people surveyed rated Winfrey as influential.
Oprah Winfrey was born in small village in Mississippi, on January 29, 1954. In 1976, Winfrey moved to Baltimore, where she hosted a hit TV chat show, People Are Talking, after which she was hired by a Chicago TV station to host her own morning show. Later, she went on to host her two-and-a-half decade stint The Oprah Winfrey Show that give her worldwide fame.
