I think that it is very objective. I am an introvert by the way as well. It allows me to formulate my thoughts and put them out there. Many people stereotype people based on assumptions about their backgrounds. When I write responses on Cousera or in wiziq, it becomes more about the facts than stereotypes. I like forcing people to grade or judge on the basis of written facts instead of personality.
